RCIA: Are you or someone you know interested in
learning about the Catholic Faith?
Our parish RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for
Adults) program for those who want to learn more about the Catholic
faith, or are interested in becoming Catholic will begin Thursday,
September 4 at 7:00 pm in the Parish Multipurpose Room.
If you or anyone you know is curious, has questions
about, or wants to learn more about what Catholics believe, teach and
practice, or is interested in becoming Catholic, please contact Rita
Feige at the Religious Education Office. The first RCIA sessions are
especially designed for inquiry and introductions to the Catholic faith
and teachings. There is no obligation or charge. We walk by faith and
take it one step at a time. For more information, please call Rita at

A Special Invitation to Non-Catholic Spouses of
members of St. Timothy Parish:
This year, we are making a special appeal and
invitation to those members of our community who have not become
Catholic, but have been with us for years and everyone thinks you are
Catholic already. You worship with us, you work with us, you participate
in everything with us but the Sacramental life. Why not let this year
with a new Pastor be the year you "take the plunge." We'll certainly
hold the invitation open, but don't you feel the Spirit nudging NOW?
On Tuesday, May 6th, 2008, members of the
parish met to complete questionnaires as the first phase of the parish
participation in the diocesan strategic planning process. The completed
questionnaires are available here for you to review their answers.
The parish staff will collate the responses to these questionnaires and
submit their results to the deanery and to the diocese.
